SNAPPAIR COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

The purpose of Snappair was to give users a way to interact with others who may have different experiences and backgrounds from their own. By offering broad guidelines and outlining what is and isn't permitted on Snappair, the Community Guidelines are meant to help achieve that objective. They are not meant to fully detect all forms of improper or illegal behavior or content. Common sense and the expectation that users treat one another with respect should serve as users' compass.
Your use of the Snappair website and any services it provides (collectively, the "Services") is subject to these Community Guidelines. Any changes to these Community Guidelines may be made by Snappair for any cause at any time, and the Services will be updated accordingly. The Snappair Terms of Service, which also govern your usage of the Services, are supplemented by these Community Guidelines.
If a user engages in behavior that Snappair deems, in its sole discretion, to be improper or harmful, whether or not such behavior is included here, Snappair retains the right to ban (temporarily or permanently) or take other appropriate action with or without warning.
Please use the website or send an email to safety@snappair.com with "Snappair-Safety" in the subject line, along with screenshots, chat logs, and documentation of the issue, if you come across behavior or content on the Services that you think goes against any of the rules listed below, or if you have any other safety concerns about the Services. Snappair appreciates complaints of infractions, but it is not obligated to you as a user to enforce our Community Guidelines.
Commercially accessible parental control features (such computer hardware, software, or filtering services) can help you restrict the access of minors to content that might be dangerous or improper for them. Violations of the Law
While using the Services, you must abide by all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. Any behavior, activity, or content that promotes, offers, or solicits unlawful behavior or content is forbidden. Snappair maintains the right to notify law enforcement of any such infractions.
Ban Circumvention
It is forbidden to try to get around a ban, whether it be temporary or permanent.
Violence and Threats
It is strictly forbidden to make violent or harmful threats to other people. Threats to physically hurt others, intimidation attempts, terrorist threats, threats to access or reveal another person's private information or material, and threats meant to coerce another user into engaging in undesirable or inappropriate behavior are all included in this category.
Hateful Conduct and Harassment
It is forbidden to engage in behavior or produce content that disparages or insults someone on the basis of traits including national origin, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, immigration status, or disability. Any form of harassment is forbidden, including but not limited to hateful false reporting of other users, unwanted sexual advances and solicitations, and personal insults.
Nudity, Pornography and Sexually Explicit Conduct and Content
The Service prohibits sexually explicit behavior and content, pornography, and nudity. It is completely forbidden to post or engage in any behavior on any part of the Services that encourages or threatens sexual violence or exploitation. Such behavior may also be reported to law enforcement.
Conduct or Content Involving Minors
It is expressly forbidden to engage in any behavior or post anything on any of the Services that sexualizes, exploits, or jeopardizes the safety of children. We notify the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and/or the relevant law enforcement agency(ies) about such behavior and content.
Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information
Be considerate of others' privacy. Never try to get or distribute anything that might expose someone else's private information without that person's consent.
Impersonation
It is forbidden to pretend to be someone else or try to mislead other users about your identity, including by giving them incorrect information.
Self-Harm
It is forbidden to act in a way that glorifies, supports, or encourages self-harm.
Animal Cruelty
It is forbidden to engage in or support behavior or content that injures or encourages animal abuse.
Marketing and Advertising
No products or services may be marketed, advertised, or promoted using the services.
Bots
It is forbidden to access or use the Services using any sort of bot.
