All users of the Snappair chat service and website ("you") are subject to the privacy practices of Snappair.com LLC ("Snappair"), which are outlined in this Privacy Notice.

Information Snappair Collects

You or the other user may decide to store the text exchange from a Snappair chat to your desktop (also known as a "saved chat log"). Any type of personal information you choose to offer during the discussion may be included in a preserved chat log. Any information exchanged during the discussion or a preserved chat log may be revealed by you and the other user. The other user can broadcast or record discussions using third-party software or capture screenshots in addition to the recorded chat log. When conversing with a stranger, exercise caution when disclosing personal information.

In addition to any data found in a saved conversation log, Snappair has gathered the following types of personal data from the following sources during the past 12 months and shared them with the following third parties for business purposes:

Video Chat

A direct connection between your computer and the other user's computer is necessary for the Snappair video chat service to function. Although Snappair's interface does not display your IP address to the other user, you must make it accessible to their machine in order to accomplish this. Cookies

By using Age Cookies, Snappair matches you with others who share your preferred age range. Snappair simply uses the data to match you with individuals who share your preferred age range; it does not save the data from age cookies.

By using nation Cookies, Snappair matches you with users who share your preferred nation. Snappair simply accesses the data to match you with users who share your nation choice; it does not save the data from nation Cookies.

Ethnicity cookies are used by Snappair to match you with others who share your preferred ethnicity. Snappair simply accesses the data to match you with users who share your ethnic preferences; it does not save the data from Ethnicity Cookies.

To ensure the security and safety of the website and chat services, Snappair employs VERIFICATION technology to stop bots and false accounts.

You can translate the site's content into multiple languages using Snappair's translation feature.

Snappair tracks anonymized statistical data about site and chat service activity using Google Analytics. To preserve and improve the site's and its services' functionality, safety, and security, Snappair uses statistical usage data.
